Error Codes

This document outlines all error codes reported by the CFLink protocol.

001 - 074: Common Error Codes

The below error codes are common across all devices, including error codes for Rule definitions.

  • 001 = Does not comply with CFLink format
  • 002 = Command not recognised
  • 003 = Invalid Port Number
  • 004 = Invalid Module Number
  • 005 = Invalid Payload Field
  • 006 = Invalid TGT CFLink ID
  • 007 = Duplicate TGT CFLink ID Defined
  • 008 = TGT CFLink ID is local CFLink ID
  • 009 = DID Invalid CFLink ID
  • 010 = DID Invalid Serial Number
  • 011 = DID Serial Number did not match target device
  • 012 = Multiple module numbers are not supported for this command
  • 013 = Memory file format error
  • 014 = File read ended unexpectedly
  • 015 = Failure MOD-IR8 hardware
  • 016 = Memory empty
  • 017 = Invalid checksum
  • 019 = Another HTTP Request is still in progress.

  • 020 = RLW Invalid Payload
  • 021 = RLW Invalid Address
  • 022 = RLW Invalid Payload
  • 021 = RLW Invalid Address
  • 022 = RLW Invalid Rules Entry Start Address
  • 023 = RLW Invalid Number of Macro
  • 024 = RLW Invalid Macro Entry
  • 025 = RLW Invalid Length of Macro Entry
  • 026 = RLW Invalid Length of Macro Name
  • 027 = RLW Invalid Macro Name
  • 028 = RLW Macro Name is empty
  • 029 = RLW Invalid Number of Actions
  • 030 = RLW Invalid Action Entry
  • 031 = RLW Invalid Length of Action Entry
  • 032 = RLW Invalid Action Delay
  • 033 = RLW Invalid Action Data
  • 034 = RLW Action Data does not comply with CF Protocol
  • 035 = RLW Action Data is Empty
  • 036 = RLW Invalid Number of Rules
  • 037 = RLW Invalid Rules Entry
  • 038 = RLW Invalid Rules Name
  • 039 = RLW Invalid Length of Search String
  • 040 = RLW Invalid Search String
  • 041 = RLW Search String is Empty
  • 042 = RLW Invalid Length of mapped macro name
  • 043 = RLW Invalid Macro Name in Rules Entry
  • 044 = RLW Macro Name in Rules Entry is empty
  • 045 = RLW Invalid ENDRLS Identifier
  • 046 = RLW Unable to perform actions due to out of memory
  • 047 = RLW Duplicate Macro Name
  • 048 = RLW Macro Name in Rules Entry is not exist in Macro Entry
  • 049 = RLW Duplicate Search String and Mapped Macro Name
  • 050 = RLW Cumulative of Action Delay exceed the maximum value Invalid Rules Entry Start Address

075 - 099: On-Board RS232 Error Codes

The below error codes are common across all devices with an on-board RS232 port.

  • 075 = Invalid COM Settings
  • 076 = Invalid Mode
  • 077 = Invalid Baudrate
  • 078 = Invalid Data bit
  • 079 = Invalid Parity bit
  • 080 = Invalid Stop bit
  • 081 = Invalid Flow Control
  • 082 = SPW Invalid Data
  • 083 = SPW Command, but not in 232 Mode

100 - 199: LAN Bridge & Solo Error Codes

  • 100 = Invalid IP Address
  • 101 = Invalid Gateway
  • 102 = Invalid Subnetmask
  • 103 = Invalid DHCP Settings
  • 104 = Invalid UDP Broadcast Settings
  • 105 = Invalid TME Settings
  • 106 = Invalid Year
  • 107 = Invalid Month
  • 108 = Invalid Date
  • 109 = Invalid Day
  • 110 = Invalid Hour
  • 111 = Invalid Minute
  • 112 = Invalid Seconds
  • 113 = Invalid UTC Timezone
  • 114 = Onboard Real Time Clock malfunction
  • 115 = Invalid Slot Settings
  • 116 = Invalid Slot Number
  • 117 = Invalid Slot Mode
  • 118 = Invalid Slot IP Address
  • 119 = Invalid Slot Port Number
  • 120 = Invalid Slot Timeout
  • 121 = Invalid Slot Maximum Connections
  • 122 = Invalid Slot TCP Echo Mode
  • 123 = LAN Bridge number of TCP Connections exceed the maximum limit
  • 124 = Invalid Subscription Settings
  • 125 = Invalid Subscription Slot A
  • 126 = Invalid Subscription Slot B
  • 127 = Invalid Subscription CF ID
  • 128 = Invalid Subscription Module
  • 129 = Invalid Subscription TX Command
  • 130 = Invalid Subscription RX Command
  • 131 = Slot A and Slot B Identical
  • 132 = Slot 2 is not subscribed to Slot 1
  • 133 = SND Command Invalid Packet
  • 151 = RUN command macro name could not be found.
  • 153 = Network slot configured as UDP socket, but data could not be sent to the network. Check network settings.
  • 154 = Network slot configured as TCP Client, but was not connected to a TCP Server. Data could not be sent.
  • 155 = Network slot is disabled. Data cannot be sent on this slot.
  • 157 = Network Bridging configuration is invalid - too many sockets are required. Check network slot configurations.

200 - 224: CFMini Error Codes

225 - 249: IRBlaster Error Codes

249 - 299: SW16 Error Codes

  • 249 = Invalid LED Mode
  • 250 = Invalid Time Defined
  • 251 = Invalid Count Defined
  • 252 = Invalid LED Level Defined
  • 253 = Max LED Level is less than Min LED Level
  • 254 = Invalid LED Command

300 - 349: DIN-MOD4 & MOD4 Error Codes

350 - 399: COM Error Codes

  • 350 = Port P03/P04 cannot be 485H or 4XXF if P01/P02 is not also one of those 2.
  • 351 = Pair modes (RS232H,485H and 4XXF)cannot be specified for ports P02 or P04.
  • 352 = Flow control must be zero for any mode except 232.
  • 353 = Buffer is full
  • 354 = Invalid Port Write. Port is in OFF mode.

400 - 424: Relay Error Codes

  • 400 = Invalid Relay Pulse Time
  • 401 = Invalid Relay Power On State
  • 402 = Invalid Relay State

425 - 449: IO Error Codes

  • 425 = PRT Invalid IO Port Mode
  • 426 = PRT Invalid IO Port Minimum Change
  • 427 = PRT Invalid IO Port Power On State
  • 428 = SET Invalid IO State
  • 429 = CFG Invalid IO Reporting Interval
  • 430 = CFG Invalid IO Report On Change
  • 431 = CFG Invalid IO Enabled

450 - 474: IR Error Codes

  • 450 = SND Invalid IR Format Type
  • 451 = SND Invalid IR Database Parameters
  • 452 = SND Invalid IR Memory Parameters
  • 453 = SND Invalid IR Raw Hex Code
  • 454 = SND Invalid CF IR format
  • 455 = SND <DEVICE> doesn't exist in MEM database
  • 456 = SND <FUNCTION> doesn't exist in MEM database
  • 457 = SND <DEVICE_CODE> doesn't exist in DBA database
  • 458 = SND <DEVICE_TYPE> doesn't exist in DBA database
  • 459 = SND <KEY_CODE> doesn't exist in DBA database
  • 469 = DBA hardware error. UEI Gondar II (-3G) is out of synch.
  • 470 = MEM database error. Invalid IRX format.
  • 471 = Invalid IR Rules Format.
