CommandFusion Warranty

Limited Warranty

This warranty is applicable to all CommandFusion (CF) hardware products. CF will, at its option, repair or replace any unit that is found to be defective within the warranty period of its purchase, without charge for parts and labour. Below are the list of products with its relevant warranty period:

  • Pro Hardware & Pro Modules: Period of 5 years.
  • CF Solo : Period of 2 years.
  • Power supplies: Period of 1 year.

This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to use other than that for which it is intended, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, attempts to repair, incorrect installation, modification, improper wiring or installation, accidental or lightning damage. This warranty is also void if the said product has had its serial number defaced, altered or removed, with wear and tear excepted.

This warranty is sole and exclusive to the original purchaser and CF is not liable for any claim made by a third party. In no circumstances shall CF be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of this product. CF's liability on any claim for damages arising out of or in connection with the manufacture, sale, installation, delivery or use of this product shall never exceed the purchase price of said product.

Except as expressly set forth in warranty, CF makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, nor authorizes any other party to offer any warranty, including any implied warranties of merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties imposed by law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty.

This warranty statement will supersedes all previous warranties.

RMA & Return Request and Process

  1. Login to the Store Account from the CF website.
  2. Go to “Completed Orders” and hit the “Return Item(s)” next to the order where the problematic unit came from.
  3. Enter the return quantity according the correct hardware model.
  4. Fill out the “Why are you returning these items” form.
  5. Hit the “Submit Return Request”.

The RMA# is to be included in all return shipping details together.
